LOZMA currently dispatches orders from China and offers free standard tracked shipping to eligible Australian addresses.

Shipping cost and checkout

Free Standard Tracked Shipping is available for all orders delivered to eligible Australian addresses.
No minimum spend or coupon is required for free standard tracked shipping.
Availability is confirmed at checkout after the postcode and delivery address are entered.
LOZMA does not state or imply that orders are dispatched from within Australia.

Processing, delivery and tracking

Processing and carrier movement may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs processes, weather, carrier delays, address accuracy and other factors outside LOZMA's reasonable control.
Current delivery estimates may be shown at checkout where available, but LOZMA does not promise a fixed delivery timeframe unless it is expressly stated at checkout.
Tracking is provided when it becomes available from the carrier.

Delivery address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you discover an address error, contact LOZMA as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
Address changes may not be possible after fulfilment or dispatch begins.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If a parcel appears delayed, missing or damaged, contact LOZMA with your order number and relevant details so the order can be reviewed. For damaged parcels, clear photographs of the parcel, label, packaging and product may be requested.

Taxes and import charges

Taxes, duties or import charges should not be assumed to be included unless they are clearly collected or stated at checkout. If any such charges apply, they may be assessed by the relevant authority, carrier or payment process.
